When:  Oct 7, 2026 from 20:00 to 21:00 (ET)

Effective staff leadership challenges are rarely the result of inadequate skills or effort. More commonly, they arise from misalignment in leadership: Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions, which directly influence communication, delegation, accountability, and team performance. This 60-minute webinar serves as a foundational introduction to the TEAM framework: Thoughts, Emotions, Actions, and Manifestation of results and its application to staff leadership and management. Participants will examine how leadership mindset and emotional tone shape staff engagement, clarify expectations, and support consistent follow-through. Emphasis is placed on practical, immediately applicable leadership shifts that improve team communication, accountability, and clarity of standards. This webinar is designed to begin the leadership journey, offering a clear foundation that can be strengthened through ongoing practice, reflection, and intentional development.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify how leadership thoughts and emotional tone influence staff engagement, motivation, and accountability
  • Explain the TEAM framework and its relevance to staff leadership, delegation, and communication clarity
  • Apply foundational expectation-setting and delegation principles to support ownership and follow-through
  • Reframe accountability conversations to promote alignment, trust, and consistent performance
